It's in a historic school and they recently opened up a museum to document the history of what is now the East Baker community center.

With so many of them without flood insurance, they're now faced with tough decisions-- rebuild or tear down.

And Wednesday evening was no exception. This time it was Lance Corporal Travis Carlisle's turn.
