Last hurdle cleared to make zip line happen
A headline event for the Saturday's Envision Rumford's Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Festival is dual 600-foot-long zip lines to carry people from near the Rite Aid street-side parking area over the Androscoggin River to a landing near the town's snow dump.

Bethel church hosting yard sale to raise money for adult dentistry
The West Parish Congregational Church will be hosting a yard sale in the basement of the church from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 27 to raise money for the the Smile Fund, a local fundraiser for adult dentistry.
