Newburgh man convicted in death of 11-month-old

An Orange County Court jury Tuesday convicted Christian Lujan of criminally negligent homicide, finding he caused the death of an 11-month-old girl in a Newburgh apartment earlier this year.

They should give him 4 years just for stupidity. If weights were dropped on me I would have to go to the hospital. The mother is no better. I hope she never has any more children. All she is interested in is having a good time. Well I hope they give her the max so that she suffers like her daughter suffered. She is just TRASH.
