These people are just plain stupid and selfish. Hope the law throws the book at them!

Thats messed up because I just seen that woman on Halloween at the mall with I know her 10 year old daughter. She had more kids around, but idk if they were hers. I just remember her and her daughter from when she was in preschool with my child. That article dated Oct.28..so WHY did she have her kid, and WHY was she out of jail??

true it is the dyer county justice system for sure. someone said a judge can do anything he wants in his court, but judge lee moore said he was sorry he could not give the man a higher sentence than 6 years for killing a man.
this county and city have known for years those on meth and crack and cocaine and who is growing marajuana, if they arrest someone for drugs and there name is brought up in another case they know where the person lives, but their excuse is they could not contact them to testify, because all involved are on this mess. it is the power scam, of avoiding arresting the cons. they let them out to keep on with their crimes against innocent people. they careless as long as nthey get their money in court to hell with people being scammed and threatened by these low life scum liars. but the problem are those that speak like angels involved, they know the game. and they know they have the judges and attorneys to back them in court and even some law officers. who's to blame , the good people of dyer county that speak as angels and wipe their mouths and say we didn't do anything, as the bible speaks as devils do.

A judge can not set a sentence more than the state guidelines. "Someone" must not know the law

the only time people want to do anything is when it is too late and out of control. when you see your child strung out on drugs, and an adult is behind drug dealings for sure, even your child that sells it., or when you see your child dead from someone going bezerk from side effects of these drugs. in a car crash or other ways. then people want to say something sorry that's too late.
sometimes you have to get loud and louder and sometimes angry, some people don't want to show their god given emotions of anger at wrong doings, but if anyone believes in Jesus and God, guess what they both got angry and so do they today with what is going on.
one doctor when I told him the truth about a question asked he said we don't act that way, I said I know but to suppress our feelings and emotions cannot be good on the body inside, you have the heart attack doc, and ulceres in your stomach, I don't want them. I think God says he is going to spue them out of his mouth someday, people that are liars and abominations and those that do harm to others in evil ways. that means they make him sick at what they are doing. they got hell to pay for their decisions in power and more. as much as the drug dealers, they will be judged with them.

I dont see how the courts can put children back in custody of a parent that cooked meth around them...hell its like feeding the child poison....meth can give a child a heart attack a year after it has been cooked in the house....when they clean up crew cleans the sight it was cooked in...they wear protective gear that u would see people in at a toxic waste sight...why on earth would they put a child in the hands of a parent like that....i heard there was also a 1 year old and a 5 year old

What about the man? I know for a certainty that he left his wife and 1 year because she wouldn't get back into that lifestyle. He got served divorce papers he had been avoiding for a month in jail. He had rather do meth than be a man. I'd say that his wife and child are better off without him around. Plus he is annoying!

To be a parent and still use meth is bad enough but to cook it in the same home your child lives in is just neglect/abuse. That parent has no regard for their childrens' health or safety and has no business being a parent. Hope she gets her parental rights taken away and never given back. Its one thing to destroy your own health but to bring your childrens' down with you is horrible and frankly just shows what kind of person you are and what kind of mother you aren't!!

I agree with you! He had the lifestyle before he met her. Can't always blame someone else.

I know that is what judges say sometimes in court they are so sorry they could not give stiffer sentences in crimes. that's a lie from the pits of hell, I don't buy it I have seen too many times conspired leniency on bonds for repeated offenders the more they go to court for crimes the lower the bond. when a judge makes a decision knowing perjury is being committed in his court room he is as sorry as the one before him that has done the crimes . he is abetting the criminal; that warrants his arrest for corrupting the judicial process of truth and justice.
i have seen it to many times a judge makeing a decision knowing lies are being told.
so don't spue your damn lies to people, as I was told , a judge can rule any way he chooses and be harsh or try to impress some for his reputation of being a crook that really impresses criminals and they get to laugh at crimes they get by with.

I have seen some sorry low life women and some sorry low life men, and they can blame needing money on their low life style of living. I came from one of the most poorest neighborhoods, and the vast majority were good people and clean, no drugs and drunks with exceptions of a few.
women being morally good compared to the men they took care of their children.they did their best without checks and food stamps and survived with children that appreciated what they had in most cases.
i remember one nasty low life woman, she was a secretary wore nice clothes every day , very impressive. she had 3 daughters>.ages 2,3,4, all by different men, she asked me if I would keep her kids , I was about 13, and said yes, I needed the money. Her apt. was no nasty, bugs running every where, clothes piled to the ceiling in every room, dirty. I tried to clean it up some for the babies, and kept them outside. I got so sick at my stomach even trying to feed the babies. she had to have her w---- life, at night, she came in with a bag with new clothes that afternoon.
