Appeal possible in accident case of New Preston teen

The attorney for the family of a Shepaug Valley High School senior killed on his way to school six years ago said Tuesday the trial judge's instructions may have been the reason a Litchfield Superior Court jury decided the town of Washington wasn't liable for the fatal crash.
