Pasco deputies arrest two men in crackdown on marijuana

William Dennis Cheatley Jr., 34, of 4229 Athens Ave. in New Port Richey, had 14 marijuana plants, loose marijuana, grow equipment that included lights and transformers, pipes and scales, deputies said.
