The New London Public Museum is hosting a contest to kick-off its summer exhibit "New London Remmbered." Beginning Monday, participants can pick up an entry form at the library and try to find eight trolleys hidden at local businesses around the city.

All shows will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be reserved by calling 920-982-6060. Saturday, May 4: A spring wellness clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wolf River Veterinary Clinic, 216 W. Wolf River Ave., New London.

The third annual "Spring Fling" with New London's south side businesses recently made a donation of $200 to New London's Community Cupboard.

Sturgeon started hugging the Wolf River's rocky shoreline Monday, signifying the beginning of the fish's spawning season.

Flood waters are beginning to recede, which is good news for boaters on the Wolf River.

This weekend's warm-up has helped sturgeon spawning get started here in Northeast Wisconsin.

Bob and Ruth Cline of Vesper will be on the road early on Sunday. They will travel to New London where Bob will enter his wood carvings in "Artistry in Wood," the 39th annual woodcarving show, competition and sale hosted by the Mid-Wisconsin Chippers-Wood Carvers.
