West Rusk campus upgrades near completion
From Daily News Staff reports NEW LONDON - West Rusk County Consolidated Independent School District trustees are preparing to make those final plans before the new school year gets under way next month.
East Texas Baptist University announced the names of area students who received bachelor's degrees in a graduation ceremony earlier this month.
