New Hyde Park trainer busted in touching incident

Trainers like this make me sick. I have witnessed many a personal trainer being very touchy and hands-on with their attractive female clients and then more or less staying upwind of the rotting ham odor with their heavy clients. You can tell they're just in it for the poontang and don't give a rat's ass about any of their clients making progress.

Ladies, get a subscription to some magazines and a book or two and train yourselves. These scumbags aren't worth what they're charging.

So lemme get this straight - the guy 'rubs' up against her to the point that she was uncomfortable, then agrees to let him give her a massage? Doesn't like that so she gets him arrested.
If she didn't like it the first time, she should have kicked him in the nads, or tell one of her boyfriends to kick him in the nads, or pay someone to kick him in the nads. I think someone should kick him in the nads.

sorry u guys all have it wrong. I know Mark and have trained with him. He is not disrespectful @ all. He is a great person.I think she's trying to set him up.

Yeah, that's odd. Why did it escalate to the second touching. Did anyone mention that she should have kicked him in the Nads before the massage?

this is all nonsense, trust me when i tell you he would never do anything of the such. he is completely respectful and was probably mad cause he did not respond to her advances. I am related to him and know he is not anyway that type of person. we were raised better than that. so before you begin to judge him, get the facts straight. he is innocent and justice will be served! I work out at the gym that the trainer allegedly touch this woman inappropriately. For me, after someone rubs up against me consciously, they would be well aware never to attempt that fate again. Let alone ... offer me a massage......? What was this woman thinking.....After the first 'alleged attempt' the touching stops there! You know the difference between a helping touch and a groping sexual touch. At least I do.
I have taken the liberty to reap the rewards of my trainers efforts. My time can be very focus and well as entertaining. I feel that our boundaries are evident. I trust the dude and without him I would be one big broken bone. With sciatica and other muscularskeletal concerns; I looked forward to the stretching sessions and the direct deep muscle release massage. This situation is very unfortunate for the client, trainer, club and other members. I trust my trainer, more than I would trust some of my family. He is mentally prepared to assist me to increase my strength, core and confidence; especially after I was injured. It took me numerous trainers to finally find the 'match' for me. So, don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch..........

Well, Corestrength, he is not the one bad apple. I am not trying to say it does not happen but TRUST ME when i tell you, he is not the one to do anything like this. I am not saying this because he is my family, i am saying this because i know the type of person he is. he would never disresepct anyone in that manner. the media is trying to make him out to be some kind of monster and he is far from that. He is a person of integrety and respect and he has a mother, aunt, sisters, neices and female cousins and I KNOW he would not want it to happen to us to he would not do it to anyone. So for anyone to place judgement please know the facts, he is not a monster.

ok so then why does the "victim" have a pending law suit against the company, was a past employee of the company came back to be a member and then report this 'incident' weeks later. Don't judge

i think everyone should mind there biz and those family members responding your just trying to defend him for the piggish act he made..like the news said he was double her size and when theres a man over a woman where are they suppossed to go.she also told the gentelman that she felt uncomfortable and apologized for it SO SHE THOUGHT HE WOULD BE PROFESSIONAL but needless to say he wasnt...get all the facts straight people... its easier to say to tell someone to reaact by kicking the guy in the balls but then to actually do it its easier said than done ...try being in her shoes. Theres 2 sides to every story..who says the victim has a pending lawsuit with the company? all of you need to just mind your buisness and let them handle it on there own. everyone needs tojust shut up!!!!

Seriously leave this girl alone these family members and everyone else should realize how disgusting this is and why are we angry at the poor girl she didnt do anything realize what type of scary situation this is and lets thank god that someone finally spoke up and is giving other victims a voice and opportunity to speak as well. No one want to portray this man as a monster he is who he is it's just sad that a young woman was taken advantage of and instead of respecting her courageous effort people are trying to make excuses and cover up this hideous CRIME! Dont blame the woman why should she be take advantage of this is America LAnd of the free.I am free to think that this guy is a disgusting man who did a very disturbing thing and to make matters worse it does't appear to be his first crime. Anyone who doesn't like that women will speak up and defend thenselves and their right to be free and safe in all public places TOO BAD!!!!!.

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I STRONGLY DISAGREE THAT No one should BE judging this man he did a teribble thing! there it is I am judging and SO SHOULD YOU it seems to be a pattern because this isn't his first arrest. I thought jail was supposed to rehabilitate people guess the system failed here!
