Since when do illegals have amendment rights??? I thought only American Citizens had these...and ICE arrested them because they are illegal, not because they are Latinos!!

it doesn't bother you that they enter homes without search warrants? it doesn't bother you that they only targeted latinos when there is a sustantial population of illegal whites that enter from canada? warrantless searches, racial profiling and requiring id from american citizens with out cause other than the color of their skin should alarm you.

You don't need an arrest warrant to enter a structure if there is probable cause that illegals are inside it. If there is only speculation that illegals are inside, and no probable cause (someone saw them go inside, etc.), then a warrant is necessary.

If they came here legally they would have nothing to worry about.

They want our Country to be lawless like theyre own Homelands.

Our laws dont need to be changed, they need to be enforced.

Doesn't it bother you that they have myriad gangs, members, drugs, guns, committ robberies, burlgaries, home invasions, rapes, murders, DUIs, and arsons all in a nation where they do not have a legal right to exist?

Crossing the border makes them a law breaker. No name, no real identity, no one to answer to, talk about freedom. This also makes them lawless and unaccounted for.

Without laws like immigration this Country would be inundated with people. How does that help unemployment, this recession?
No Country in the world could with stand a massive population boom in a short amount of time.
Lets not wonder any longer why this Country has been under a great strain.
Growth needs to be at a slower pace, along with building, creating new jobs, new ways of keeping this Country above.

If one million new jobs were created and we ALLOWED 2 more million in the Country how does that work???

You are quite right, the immigration laws of our country are being completely disregaded. There are many Middle Eastern immigrants (potential terrorists) that came here on "student visas" that have since expired and are living in the many cities that have been taken-over by illegals from Central America by working in the "underground economies" that they use to avoid paying sales and income taxes.
