- On June 13, the following individuals were arrested: James B. Montgomery Jr., 35, of Little Egg Harbor by Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant; and Shawn M. Dahms, 23, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolman Thomas McAnney on a contempt of court warrant. - William S. Sharp, 20, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested June 14 by Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant. - Maurice B. Wallace Jr., 33, of West Berlin was arrested June 16 by Patrolman W. Hernandez on a contempt of court warrant. - On June 17, the following individuals were arrested: Victor P. Bukula, 43, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolman D. Graczyk on a contempt of court warrant; and Bradley H. Matthews II, 24, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolman Wayne Walker on a contempt of court warrant. - On June 18, the following individuals were arrested: Gary Kaufer, 45, of New Gretna by Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant; Kellyann Ackerly, 29, of Little Egg Harbor by Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant; and Joseph J. Gandy, 21, of Little Egg Harbor Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant. - Steven Aguilar, 20, of New Gretna was arrested June 20 and charged with robbery and terroristic threats stemming from an incident at the Pine Cone Ice Cream shop located on Route 9 in Little Egg Harbor Township. At approximately 4:45 p.m. Aguilar allegedly demanded free ice cream, and when he was denied the demand, became irate and threw items at the employees. According to police reports, Aguilar then grabbed one of the employees by the neck and sweatshirt and threatened to strangle her. The employees then contacted police who located Aguilar in the area and placed him under arrest. Aguilar was taken to Little Egg Harbor police headquarters where he was processed and then transported to the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail with no 10 percent option. Bail was set by Ocean County Superior Court Judge B. Villano. The arrest in the case was made by Patrolman Wilfredo Hernandez, assisted by Cpl. Thomas Maino and Detective Steve Mancine. No court date for Aguilar has been set. - On June 20, the following individuals were arrested: Anthony M. Laudati, 25, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolman W. Sanford on a contempt of court warrant; and Michael A. Pennock, 18, of Little Egg Harbor by Detective S. Bogart on a contempt of court warrant. - On June 21, the following individuals were arrested: Nicolette L. Rocco, 24, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolman W. Hernandez; and Lisa M. Ramirez, 35, of Little Egg Harbor by Patrolwoman Kristen Story. - Jessy Phifer, 27, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested June 22 by Special Officer G. Meoni on a contempt of court warrant. - Kenneth J. Magers, 40, of Toms River was arrested June 23 by Cpl. F. Kleshick on a contempt of court warrant. - Christopher Nelligan, 19, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested June 24 by Special Officer J. Falkiewicz on a contempt of court warrant. - James Applegate, 41, of Tuckerton was arrested June 24 on a contempt of court warrant from Cranford. He was released after posting bail. Patrolman Robert Grant was the arresting officer. - Valerie Santiago, 24, of Absecon was arrested June 25 and charged with providing false information to a police officer and several motor vehicle violations. Patrolman John Sanzari was the arresting officer. He was assisted by Staff Sgt. Christopher Anderson. - Timothy M. Smallwood, 20, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested June 28 on a contempt of court warrant from Tuckerton. He was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail. Patrolwoman Toni Carbone was the arresting officer.
A concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. on July 4 at the township dock on East Bay Avenue.
