I knew Billy as a great friend since childhood. I can't believe something could have pushed him to this point. It really makes a person think. I know they loved each other very much, even though they had there ups and downs as most relationships do. I guess living in that area is a problem in itself. I would not recommend anyone raising a family in that area. It is a place where scholars are treated as outsiders and the only thing that matters are drugs, drinking, and outbursts against the law. The entire legal system is corrupt and poses no promising outlook. The best thing that could happen to the entire area is a mass flooding of the Ohio to wipe it out! I hope for God’s grace to be brought upon Billy and the children who will without a doubt be at the highest loss, next to their mother of course. My deepest sympathies go out to the children, Billy, his family, and the family now in loss of their cherished Sheri.
