Survivors include his parents, Scott Godsey and Jenna Potter, both of Richmond; sister, Annabelle Steele; brother, Jaeden Godsey; maternal grandparents, Henry Michael and Cindy Potter of Richmond; maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Shirley Grace; maternal great-grandfather, Hubert Potter; paternal grandmother, Jean Swafford of Richmond; paternal great-grandparents, Ronnie and Sharon Godsey of New Castle, Indiana; aunts, Sarah Potter and Shannon (Demetrius) Godsey, both of Richmond; uncle, Steve (Elena) Godsey of Richmond; great-uncles, Gary Godsey of Richmond, Tom (Jessie) Swafford of Greens Fork, Indiana, Jeremy Yoshimoto of San Diego, California, and Dirk Hurd and Michael Godsey, both of Richmond; great-aunts, Kelly (Dennis) Smith, Sarah (Brian Rizzi) Hobbs, and Lisa Wildridge, all of Richmond; many other great-aunts and great-uncles of the Potter and Swafford families; and many loving cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Mark Godsey; maternal great-grandmother, Wanda Sue Potter; maternal great-grandfather, William Hurd; paternal great-grandmothers, Lilly Swafford and Shelva Newman; and great-uncle, Elson Hobbs. Visitation for Henry Cameron Godsey will be from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2014, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
