Kyle Martin, 22, of New Boston and Curt Johnson, 24, of Fouke, Ark., were both arrested about 3 p.m. Saturday by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission and booked into the Little River County Jail with $1,105 fines each for the offense, said Arkansas Wildlife Officer Cpl. Jackie Runion. The two were released Monday.
It will probably take them each at least two years to pay the fine with unemployment income. Can you imagine... here you are just trying to provide a decent meal for your family.... Isn't there a real law someone could be breaking in the woods? |

If you need to fish to feed your family that's understandable...just do it legally. You don't need to break the law to catch Catfish.
