Woman pleads innocent in St. C. fat.....
THE WOMAN who had allegedly struck and killed a 23-year-old St. Clairsville resident last month appeared for her arraignment before Belmont County Common Pleas Judge Jennifer L. Sargus Thursday morning.
“The pay increase will come through the 911 fund, not the general fund. We already pay her benefits, so it's a big plus. The going rate for the [911] position is $50,000 in other counties.”
