Letter: Several ways to celebrate Earth Day
Since the first Earth Day, we have borne witness to an ever-changing climate, threats to clean air, soil, water supplies and more.
The sounds of twin fiddles and an accordion filled the South Meadow School gymnasium Friday morning, as the school's fifth-graders, joined by their peers from the Dublin Consolidated School's fifth-grade, celebrated the end of a week-long session of workshops with a lively round of contra dancing.
Apple Hill String Quartet Performs at Keene State
The Apple Hill String Quartet will perform classical works by Mozart and Vaughan Williams and new music by Boston composer Christine Southworth on Wednesday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. at the Redfern Arts Center at Keene State College.
