Boothe was reportedly able to speak with property owner who stated they saw the driver, Tiffany Baisden-Tackett, 36, of Stollings, attempting to remove her vehicle from the fence. WVSP Communications reportedly informed Boothe that Baisden-Tackett's license had been suspended for unpaid citations. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
