The Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle injury collision that occurred on US 41A in Manitou on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at approximately 6:40 a.m. The preliminary investigation revealed that Terry W. Young, age 50 of Nebo, KY, was operating a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck southbound on US 41A.
