If you think he is innocent then pay for a poligraph test and prove that he is innocent. You say that same kid made accusation last year, well you need to look more into it because another family made an accusation in 2007 and we was cleared of it because he denied everything. I can say that he is guilty because he is still in jail and he should be put in jail so he can be taught a lesson he will never forget.

we think he is innocent because i don't see the reason why he should would touch a child when he has daughters that he loves. my brother was in his class and nothing ever happened to him. my friends friend's secret identity penpal told the police that he had pushed her on to a chair just because her stepdad thought that was what happpened and she didn't have the guts to tell him that he didn't. his family is suffering a lot right now. he declared himself guilty because that was the easiest way out of this mess. when they find out he was innocent i won't be able to stop crying tears of joy.
