i'm going to go out on a limb and say that son probably desirved it and maybe more. what would it take for a father to shoot his son. hey daily times...why don't you investigate what the heck is up with the son and why there were financial problems between the two.

attemped murder with one bullet .. hmm .. If he wanted to kill his son, one would think he put a whole round of bullets in the man... I think he wanted to make a statement to the boy .. you shouldn't have messed with the old man ...

I we turn this around and put the shoe on the other foot how would any of you feel about it? What if the son invited dad over with the intent of shooting him? I say they should throw the book at the old man. Someone on this forum asked rhetorically: "what would it take for a father to shoot his son"? As a father I feel I am qualified to answer that: absolutely nothing!
I do not know the details of the quarell, nor do any of you, but the fact of the matter is that an old man premeditated the homicide of his own child counting on leniency due to his age. It is absolutely dispicable. What's worse? He most likely will not do any time at all.

Wow. It really doesn't matter how old you are. When it all boils down to it, parents still get pissed at their kids. What a sad way to handle the situation.

First off, you and I will pay for the "old" mans lawyer - trust me. Second, if he would have had his glasses on ...maybe...anyway.

I for one have never wanted to "replace" one of my children. Replace then with who? With what? What an ignorant post to assume that the readers of this post would even think of such a thing!

So you would kill your own child? You have wanted to "replace" your own child? Is that what you mean in this weird post?

What kind of family do you come from to post something like this? Show this post to your children if you think killing a child is such a brilliant idea.

Gemini

During the rest of the month you'll enjoy being with people who know you inside out, and with whom you share a strong bond. You'll also want to be more forthcoming and emotional than usual, and may find yourself involved in heartfelt conversations and really intense exchanges. At times you may feel rather exposed, but it's important to open up emotionally right now.
