Another warehouse store?
Oh wait, BJ's is a Natick, Massachusetts company so its warehouse store selling Chinese-manufactured goods to Berkshire residents will be politically-correct and not like the dreaded evil Wal-Mart warehouse store selling Chinese-manufactured goods to Berkshire residents.

So wait we have any chance to help bring jobs to Berkshire County and you don't want them. Wait you don;t even live here. It will bring 120 jobs to this area which will help since KB Toys left. I am all for it.

I think that this is great news! Now all of us in Berkshire County don't have to travel to Chicopee and Albany! I know a number of people, who are already members, that are going to be very happy to hear about this. How convenient!! Bringing in more jobs is a big plus too. I am reading a lot of negative posts here. I think that it's important to stay positive. Think about those who lost their jobs and who have been struggling. This could be a big help to those families.

Yea Who Can afford to live on min. wage nowadays? With high Utilities, Mortgages, and High Property Taxes! I make a decent wage and dont know how people do it for min. wages! We need good paying jobs here in Pittsfield and JR has not fulfilled that! Wow 150 jobs he has brought to Pittsfield in 6 yrs. of him being in Office, thats a LOT. NOT! Not sure if Dan can do any better of a job at being Mayor, but hell he can't do any worse then the present administration. Time for a Change vote Dan B. for Mayor!!!

More business means more tax revenue + jobs, both good things. Plus, who wouldn't want a BJ?

All this good news in the paper today B J's, Tech School seems to me to be just another political ploy by the Mayor to garner a few extra votes I hope the people of Pittsfield are not dumb eneugh to fall for it. How do we even know if any of this is true? Maybe just more smoke and mirrors from the good old boys!

This is a positive thing for Pittsfield. They do not sell junk made in China. They sell mostly food, made in America. The Christmas Tree Shop is really junk made in who knows where. China, Shri lanka etc. We don't need that at all. Plus BJ's pays better than minimum wage and has benefits for full timers. Also it will force the current supermarkets to lower their prices to keep their customers. Another good thing.

Grace Slick, Robert Plant, Al Anderson, Steve Perry. What do these people have in common beside the fact that none of them ever played at the "Music Inn"?

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Libra

Someone is shooting from the hip today, making them irascible and all too liable to fly off the handle. Be very wary about provoking them into further outbursts, particularly where the vexed topics of money and sex are concerned. If you're trying to sort out a financial problem you will also be prone to losing your rag and banging your fist on the table. But will that help?
