$400,000??? And he's out already. Nice to have money. But unfortunately he's already being shown that there are no consequences for his actions.Sometimes tough love is necessary Mom and Dad, Do us a favor and don't turn your son into a menace to society.

He's already a menace. He should live a long life filled with painful cancer, unable to ever drive again..

Sad but true. There just is no reason to not at least stop and help someone after you mow them down. What do ya think, he was too scared? Didn't know he hit someone or knew it would be worse if they found out he'd been drinking which now they have to prove. I can't help but wonder how his parents are handling this.

everyone posts bail it gives you an opportunity to get everything in order and prepare yourself for the upcoming events that everyone needs to now deal with. thats why they allow you to post bail people. so dont hate him for doing something that everyone else does. he made a terrible mistake but it was a mistake. he has to feel terrible and remorseful. no person wants to hurt people this way. you should just leave him alone and pray for david and shawns family and friends now. because God knows they need prayers and love, not hate and vengeance.

Shelly I'm not sure what you mean cause fortunately nothing like this particular situation has ever happened to me or mine. My family has some skeletons in the closet for sure but never any physical harm to anyone. And I Thank God everyday for things like that cause I just can't imagine the pain brought to both families over this. On the lighter side Have A Happy Healthy Holiday.

It's easy to pass judgment when your not the one trial. Maybe all of you who have posted are perfect, But for the rest of us humans we flaw sometime. The life of David King can never be brought back, its sadness to his family can not be expressed in words. Although To see people using they're leisure time to be so critical of a incident involving people they don't know is a little concerning about our society, All of you calling for Shawns head on a platter, Remember if you call for a certain level of justice you now make yourself susceptible to the same level of scrutiny. Think about that those of you who have children, friends and family all of which you have no control over their actions, but care deeply about.

What's concerning is people like glasshouses response. And the old we're only human not perfect we make mistakes is the biggest worst copout. I mean how's this sound "Oh I ran somebody over and left them to die, So? I'm not perfect" How is that human????

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Virgo

This is not a day for sitting still if you can possibly avoid it because it will be a fast track to bad temper and sharp-tongued outbursts. Have plenty of short breaks, go for lots of walks or work up a sweat in the gym in your lunch-hour. If you're driving, keep an eye on the speedometer because it will be very tempting to go too fast and you'll be furious if you're caught.
