Maintains his innocence? Pretty hard to get a conviction and sentencing like he got without having factual proof accompanied by DNA evidence.

I'll put my money on the prison population taking care of this creep. He should anticipate daily beatings from the other inmates.

Well, that really sucks if he truly is innocent like he claims, but even worse that we have to pay for him to be in prison the rest of his life since he's full of sh*t.

"was accused of raping a girl who was 7 and 8 years old" - were there 2 girls or did the one turn 8 years old during the abuse?

He will be put in to protective custody with the rest of the chomos.

If he did this in MN, he would be out by Christmas. MN courts could learn a lot from SD.

We'll kill a harmless spider on the wall of our children's room then keep this guy alive. All the 'he'll get his in prison' comments don't mean anything. People that hurt our children need to be removed. There's a reason doctors try to eliminate cancer not just leave it and try to put it in remission.

I'm not even close to being a "blame the victim" guy and I am glad that he got a tough sentence, but I have one question: Where was the mom (or some other responsible family member)?

So what proof do you want before you kill a human, jury conviction, confession? DNA evidence? Circumstantial evidence? Or does a civil society put you in prison for life?

He maintains his innocence. I almost wish this be the case so that those poor inocent children didn't suffer. But if he is guilty, he needs to be put down like a rabid dog.

Daily Horoscope for December 14

Virgo

It's a great day for doing some Christmas shopping. You've got the stamina to fight your way round the shops and the interest to see what's on offer when you get there. However, you'll be very tempted to buy whatever you see first and only look at the price tag later, which could turn out to be a very expensive tactic.
