Minimum wage going up, little help as costs soar

About 2 million Americans get a raise Thursday as the federal minimum wage rises 70 cents.

Is not raising the minimum wage the libs answer to all the poor folks in the country? SHouldn't everyone now be happy? Wake up America....giving more money for nothing does nothing but create stagnant citizens. you want more money....go earn it...quit whining.

I also just got a raise. I now earn over $54/hr w/full benefits, and will start getting another $24,000/year in November. And I can't wait for my social security... Keep on slaving Gen X'ers! It's not hard being a millionaire.
