Algae woes have Collier County looking to beef up fertilizer regulation

Fertilizer is helping to fuel Southwest Florida's water crisis, and local governments are looking to tighten up rules about fertilizers. People said you shouldn't fertilize your grass in the summer, because the heavy rains wash the chemicals into the streets and then into our waterways.
