Good idea. The memorial weekend bike week is a terrible for the locals who live here and those who serve them food and drinks. I think there should be a tax on bike weeks, all of them just to be fair.
I feel all the resturants and bars should add a 15% gratutity to every bill. Bars should have a minium cover charge of $10 to enter. That money should be split between the city and bar owners. Owners should be able to set a dress code and enforce it. Police should go after those who walk out of resturants without paying.
Heck with a business survey. Take a local citizen survey and let everyone know that it is being done.

I'm so glad to see this! To the people in the community.. We MUST now step up, and serve the visitors when they come next year!We have to provide them good food, and drinks! They should not have to discriminated against by the businesses that don't want them using their services! We can make the money that they want to turn down, AND WE WILL! Then sit back, and watch how they piss, and complain because they made no money! I CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE THIS MONEY!! THANKS!!
