Ocean Boulevard to see month-long lane closings
Two lanes of a block-long stretch of South Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach will be closed for a month as construction crews move a nearby utility, city officials said. via Myrtle Beach Online

yeah, our goverment officials are so smart. "Lets wait till spring time to do this work so millions of tourists can have a warm memory of their stay in MB" So stupid! Why not do this crap in january?
