Cop's gun misfires in standoff with teen

Sounds like a real winner (not). 16 year old, holding a gun on a police officer. He is so lucky the officers gun malfunctioned. What is this world coming too. Someone needs to beat this kids a.s.s. and good. Unfortunately now we will be paying to put this punk for the next several years. I hate seeing police officers shooting people in the line of duty, but it sure would have saved the taxpayers a boatload of money.
