Governor pitches prekindergarten expansion while visiting Smyrna school

SMYRNA - Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen stopped by Stewarts Creek Elementary School today to tout his $25 million proposal to expand prekindergarten for middle class families. via DNJ.com
