As a co-worker and friend, I got to know Jacob a little during mobilization at Camp Atterbury. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. My heart goes out to those he has left behind and goes out even more to this fallen Soldier and friend. Please don't judge him for his actions. Only 1% of the population is eligible for military service. So, very few are even able to experience what he has gone through. Unfortunately, so many are unable to get help and deal with it.
