Johnson County's own National Guard soldiers will be returning home today. Plans are to leave the Guard's volunteer training site in Smyrna, Tennessee by bus about noon today with expected arrival in Mountain City around 6:00 p.m. Tennessee State Troopers will provide an official escort for the returning soldiers.
