There are ALWAYS two sides to a story. Regrettably I saw only one side.
I do not understand why the Netheres refused to sign the papers re: the first (black) lab. If it was agressive I would think they would want to return it and deal with the chocolate lab adoption as a separate issue.
Was a rep. of the "dog pound" present at the Commissioner's meeting to discuss the issue.
In any case, fairness would be served if we knew the other side of the story.

IT IS WHAT IT IS....

KNOX COUNTY DOES WHAT IT WANTS AND GETS BY WITH IT.

The only thing that should have been done was they should have signed papers for the choc lab, that stated it was paid for in return of the other lab, then their would have been documentaion of the transaction,
Maybe they should run to delaware and check out thier stock of dogs, they are wonderful and have a place to spend time with them.

Im tired of the Humane Society and the animal rescue groups. It appears that the rescue groups takes all of the animals that they can than they attempt to charge a overwhelming amount for them. I agree the Deleaware humane society far exceeds the one in knox county.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Leo

A loved one is being rather tetchy today. It won't take much to get on their nerves, even if you think they're being grossly unfair about it. Try not to make the situation worse by being sarcastic or provocative. Instead, encourage them to tell you what's wrong but without raising their voice. Once you know what you've done to irritate them you can start to put it right.
