I can't believe a landscaping company hired illegals. LOL When did labor below the market price become a right of US businessess?
Yeah, it's hard to believe. I thought every landscaping truck driving by loaded with mexicans and otm's were legal workers? My my, what a surprise? I'll bet the (alleged) Americans who hire them must be shocked as well? |

Well, too bad for him. He needs to pay the fine and if he continues to be out of compliance, he needs to lose his business. Period.
The illegals need to be rounded up and deported. Obviously they can be found, at least for now. |

We're behind you South Carolina!!!!! CLOSE THE BORDERS NOW, AND DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS.(BTW, I was never an illegal alien)
The time has come for all English speaking Americans to stand up! Start calling yourselves Traditional Americans! You and your ancestors followed this nations rules to become citizens here, does that mean anything to you? Do you want to hand this legacy to a people who do not wish to follow the old American rules on immigration? People who are now challenging our national language? Telling us we never had one? We are having our leg pulled. We are being hoodwinked. Having the wool pulled over our eyes. Thomas Jefferson on Immigration Policy "The first consideration in immigration is the welfare of the receiving nation. In a new government based on principles unfamiliar to the rest of the world and resting on the sentiments of the people themselves, the influx of a large number of new immigrants unaccustomed to the government of a free society could be detrimental to that society. Immigration, therefore, must be approached carefully and cautiously." (http://etext.virginia.edu/jefferson/quotation... ) Go ahead. Tell me how Jefferson was a slaver, and I'll tell you who sold this nation the slaves, the Portugese and the Spanish. Might we have a case here of multi-generational planning? The more and more this immigration of spanish speaking peoples comes to undermine this nation, the more and more I think that this is true. |

I had to go out of the landscape business because I couldn't compete with other landscape companies that hired nothing but illegals. Another reason to despise these 'people'!!!

Don't pat us on the back. This is only a drop in the bucket. Unfortunatly South Carolina...like most states....is under the thumb of the Chamber of Commerce so nothing meaningful will be done to stem the flow of illegals here. This clown had 2 prior warnings that he was to be audited and still he did nothing. Arrogance and laziness tripped him up. A deal will be offered and he'll only get a slap on the wrist. Most people don't realize the power the Chamber of Commerce has over the average taxpaying American. |

And I suppose the pro-illegal alien crowd is going to try and tell us landscaping is one of those jobs Americans won't do. I know lots of guys who who gladly accept a job landscaping. The same thing goes for construction / carpentry. Lots of hardworking American men are being squeezed out of these trades by illegals. They're stealing a lot more than just agriculture and meat packing jobs.
HAHAHA. A $24,000 fine!!! And i bet they saved a million $s by hiring the illegals at $5 an hour.
I don't know about construction / carpentry but my experience in the landscaping industry has proven that Americans WON'T do the same job NEARly as well as their Mexican counterparts... and I didn't go the pay $5.00/hour route! |
