Clio teen accused of throwing deadly rock onto I-75 heading for trial
The fifth and oldest Clio teen charged with throwing rocks over an I-75 overpass and killing a man will stand trial on 11 charges, including second-degree murder. Kyle Anger, 18, waived his preliminary exam in court on Monday, pushing the case to circuit court, where a jury is expected to decide his fate.
