2 face drug charges in White Plains

Nino Valvano, 32, of 25 Birch St., Mount Kisco, and Edgar Leiva, 22, of 343 Adam St., Bedford Hills , were arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday after they were seen snorting cocaine in a stairwell of the Chester Avenue garage in White Plains , police said.
