Some roads starting to reopen as flooding shuts down traffic across Central Pa.

Route 283 in Mount Joy at Route 772 were some of the first roads to reopen after massive flooding hit several central Pa counties Friday. Around 8:00 p.m., U.S. 30 in York both directions at Frysville Road and Creutz Creed Road was also cleared, but was only one of the sections of U.S. 30 that was flooded.
