A fire damaged the Bar Up Above in the Town of Springdale. The business is a total loss and is estimated to be valued at $120,000. Font Size: Posted: Sunday, November 8, 2009 --- 6:07 a.m. At 3:04 a.m., Dane County Deputies, along with the Mount Horeb Fire Department were dispatched to the Bar Up Above for a report of a structure fire.
