Mt. Hope maintains expansion north

“It's just going to take a little time”

Work is beginning on a second housing addition as Mount Hope continues its growth to the north across K-96.

Drover's Crossing, an 80-acre housing development about a quarter-mile north of K-96 on Burmac Road, is the latest part of a city plan to develop the highway corridor.

None of the three people in the 1994 Ford Ranger pickup was wearing a seat belt, Morton said, and all of them were transported to Via Christi Regional Medical Center-St. Francis Campus. Read more
