93 -- and still driving.... come on this is ludacris, that old lady is lucky she hit a building instead of a small child!! I strong feel that after a certain age, you should have to annually renew your license & actually have to take the test again ... some old people need their licenses revoked!!

What in the hell is a 93 year old doing behind the wheel in the first place? How does she maintain her drivers license I thought it was mandatory to renew every 4 years. I guess the test realy does not matter since you don't even have to be able to read the road signs. otherwise the test would be in english only and not available in spanish. I find it hillarious that tests for a driver liscense can be taken in any language othwer than that which the road signs are printed in.
