Tri-County Educational Service Center starting new community school

Liberty Preparatory School -- which will primarily be known as Liberty Prep -- will make its debut in August, a starting date which will "be in line with most of the districts," said Allen Wilson, who was involved in the founding of Tri-County ESC's two other schools, Beacon Hill Community School and Ashland County Community Academy.
