The repeal of the Morton Grove law is almost as historic an event as the Heller ruling, if only symbolically. When it was passed it was trumpeted in the press nationwide as a major defeat for the NRA. This repeal action, taken quietly, almost clandestinely, is proof that the dominoes are indeed beginning to fall. Chicago, you're next...you may fight but you WILL lose.

Only a month or so ago the govenor of Illinois said Chicago's crime was out of control and was considering sending in the Guard to help Police. I wonder how Dipsh*t Daley felt about that......It is obvious he has lost control of the city and his policies of corruption and cronyism in conjunction with the disarming of the average citizen has proven his ineptitude in governing. His lack of being in touch with his everyday constituents betrays a loss of reality with the situation he has allowed Chicago to become.

Chicago needs new leadership. Starting with a new Mayor. This one is broken.
