The fines are to low they should make them $200 and up I still see people chatting on their phones jack up the fine.

I didn't use my cell phone when driving way before the law was passed - I could tell it would be a distraction. Every day I see people holding their phone to their ear while driving. Without fail, if I have to break for someone who doesn't have the right-of-way I see them talking on the cell, oblivious to the fact they would have hit my car if I had not been paying attention for the both of us!

I see so many traffic violations from cell phone users as I drive around Upland, My pet peeve is people that will sit thru the entire green light cycle because they have their phone jammed in their ear. I have seen no change since the law was changed.
