Moro Bay affected by rising river

Several high water photographs were taken Sunday at Moro Bay when the Ouachita River was at 86.1 in the morning and rose to 86.5 by about 2 p.m., according to Paul Butler, park interpreter.

Cinco de Mayo Children's Fair set for today at CADC

The Central Arkansas Development Council Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters program will be host a Cinco de Mayo Children's Fair from 9 until 11 a.m. today at the CADC office, 1426 N. West Ave.
