Utahns grieve family member killed in transport van wreck
A Utah family is grieving today after learning their family member is one of two inmates killed when a transport van went off the road in Arkansas on Friday.
Morgan, Utah, has been around under that name since the 1860s. But for a brief period two decades ago, it took on another name: Nilbog.
