Salcha man attempts to burn neighbor's house
FAIRBANKS a ' A Salcha man is accused of trying to burn down a mana TMs house in retaliation for the homeowner striking his brother with a baseball bat in what Alaska State Troopers called an act of self-defense. Silfiano Lukas, 27, has been charged with attempted arson, a class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
