2 teens arrested in thefts from vehicles in Moorpark
Police said the May 13 arrests came after a resident reported a suspicious person in the 11900 block of River Grove Court about 4:30 a.m. A 16-year-old was seen hiding items in bushes, and a 12-year-old was found hiding behind a parked car in a nearby driveway when police arrived.
