New animal neglect probe under way in Hawkins County

The Hawkins County Sheriff's Office along with members of the Hawkins County Humane Society and Treadway Equine Animal Rescue Sanctuary responded to a Mooresburg residence just off of Route 31 Sunday on a complaint of a large number and variety of neglected animals in need of rescue.
