Montville man charged with sexual assault
Acting Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Montville Police Chief Richard Cook have announced that Jason A. Condit, 31, of Montville , has been charged with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree terroristic threats after an investigation that showed that he abused his girlfriend.
