Even though everyone was moved outside, they still enjoyed all the food and piled their plates high.

Mrs. Francis Branson of 116 Unruh Lane, Montross, VA is missing. Mrs. Branson is a black female, 85 years old, approximately five feet tall and weighs approximately 100 lbs.

Abducted Orange County Girl Located on Eastern Shore
The girl's aunt, Olivia N. Dallas, 22, of Orange, Va., is being held at the Accomack County Jail on one felony count of abduction and one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

McDermott's allegorical art
Claudia McDermott's artistic abilities were likely influenced by her portrait artist father, concert pianist mother, and uncles who were painters and sculptors, but she went on to develop her own artistic style in oils, watercolors and pen and ink that will be on display at Westmoreland County Museum's February Art and Wine event.

Roane arrested on three charges
According to Westmoreland General District Court online case information system, Andrea Michelle Roane of Montross was arrested on Feb. 13th on the following charges: DWI, 1st; RD-Generally-MI SD; and operating a vehicle while using earphones.

Law enforcement investigating the scene of an incident in Colonial Beach of Feb. 5.
At approximately 3 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 5, Westmoreland County Sheriff's officers and the Colonial Beach Police Department responded to a call for shots fired in the vicinity of the 90 block of New Monrovia Rd. Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement found two individuals with gunshot wounds.
