Appendix rupture causes teen death
A 16 year old Montrose, Iowa girl is dead tonight after her appendix ruptured. Lee County officials got a 911 call this morning shortly before 9am about an unresponsive female at a Montrose home.
The board met via a conference call to acquire the votes necessary to pass the amendment to the port authority bylaws.
